Kindergarten Registration 2026-2027

Registration is for new Kindergarten students born on or before August 1, 2021. 

2026-2027 Kindergarten Online Registration

  You may complete the online enrollment form before attending one of the Kindergarten registration meetings at the school.   

Kindergarten Locations and Registration Dates

Items to bring with you:

  • Official Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Immunization Certificate (with Hep A)
  • Proof of Address
  • Current School Physical
  • Dental/Vision Screenings 

All health documents must be on official KY Forms.

Parents and/or Guardians should enter through the main office, unless otherwise specified.
